Co-founded with 4 teammates at end of undergrad. Built the full Ruby on Rails platform — Airbnb-style booking engine, telemedicine, and provider messaging — to help patients find affordable treatments abroad. Onboarded dental clinics as the first vertical.

What We Built

• Co-founded a 4-person team to build an Airbnb-style medical tourism marketplace connecting US/Canada patients to affordable dental and medical treatments in Latin America (mainly Mexico).
• Built the full web platform using Ruby on Rails, including listings, booking engine, telemedicine consultations, and patient-provider messaging.
• Led product experience; designed seamless flows for treatment search, virtual pre-consults, pricing, and logistics to enable cost-effective care abroad.
• Conducted physician and practice interviews and onboarding to build a quality network, ensuring platform usability for international patients and providers.
• Started with dental clinics as the first vertical, establishing the marketplace model before expanding to broader medical services.
